PT ASURANSI WAHANA TATA (ASWATA) is an General Insurance Companies who are present to serve customer since 1964. Since 2005, ASWATA has continued to develope LINTASWATA, an integrated Information Technology System to serve all the compay's business processes in all sales office networks in realtime to provide speed and accuracy to all customers.TANYA ASWATA, is Call Center ASWATA with hotline number 021-500298 since 2013 as a non-stop customer service center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, as development of the area was facilitated by the email and social media companies as a medium to improves the quality of service customers

In beginning 2014, ASWATA launch new business unit that is ASWATA TAKAFUL to meet public demand for general insurance produk in accordance with Sharia principles.

This assessment is an achievement that we get from hard so far that awards such as :

  • "Corporate Image Award 2018" in category "Non-Vehicle Insurance" from Frontier Consulting Group. A similar award was also received years : 2015, 2014, 2013 and 2011.

  • Golden Trophy Infobank Insurance Award 2016 These achievements maintain "Predicate Very Good” of financial performance over the past five years from Infobank magazine and "Best General Insurance" in 2013 From Media Asuransi Magazine in the category of the insurance company by equity value Rp. 250 – 750 billion.

At the end of 2017 ASWATA officialy launched the superior product namely, Virtual Assistant ASWATA – VANIA that called for chat based Artificial Intelligenceto help clients or a borrower of interacting and answer a question to the closing insurance general policy. This feature exists to answer the needs of the modern market where speed said the in disallow module loading.

About Aswata Takaful

Sharia Business Unit of PT Asuransi Wahana Tata namely Aswata Takaful, gained Sharia Supervisory Board of the National Islamic Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI)'s Recommendation by virtue of a DSN MUI Number: U-163 / DSN-MUI / V / 2013 dated 15 May 2013.

Aswata Takaful's Sharia Supervisory Board consists of:

Operational license of Aswata Takaful is based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number: KEP-15 / NB.15 / 2013, dated 26 September 2013. Aswata Takaful officially began operations on 27 January 2014.

Aswata Takaful serves corporate and retail (individuals) customer segments. To cater the corporate customers segment Aswata Takaful established cooperative relations with Islamic Banks, Sharia units of the National Private Banks and other financial institutions or leasing companies that require Sharia coverage insurance. In retail segment, Aswata Takaful tapping into individual customers market, either in groups or individually with Aswata Marketing Officers or through Aswata Takaful insurance agents.
