HRD – CAREER DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities :

• Conduct performance assessment activities and administration of the implementation of career development employees congruent programs and work plan

General Requirement :

1. Male / Female, Max. 28 years old
2. Bachelor Degree from Human Resource Management or related
3. Good command of English both written and spoken is a must
4. Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. PowerPoint
5. Having trustworthy, precise, self motivated, teamwork, hardworking, interpersonal skill, communication skill, fast learner, proactive, multi-tasking and self initiative
6. Having ability in managing time efficiently and mature
7. Willing to travel and to be assigned anywhere in Indonesia
8. Having experience in Career Development min. 1 years
